DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE
OPERATION METHOD
Dough kneading is realized in the stainless steel bowl by turning of mixer which is connected to the shaft of reduction gears that are ounted on steel consruction machine body. Since the machine is very precise during kneading, it does not damage the gluten in the flour and does not burn the dough. Quite operation, easy maintenance, longlife are considered as essentials in the production of the machines.
