OPERATION METHOD
The "MASTER HSV" forms the dough coming from Intermediate
Proofer in desired long rollings. The doughs entering into funnel
on top of the machine reach to the centering rollers, after centering
rollers they are flattened while passing through the flattening
rollers. The flattened dough pieces then fall on the endless carrying
belt made of felt and take the form of long rolling under the pressure
board.
