OPERATION METHOD
The "MASTER -HD" feeds the machine with the doughs arriving
from Cone Rounding Machine one by one. Easy changeable steel construction
pendants are fixed to the transmission chains which are moving on
the transmission cogs. Easily mountable and dismountable aluminium
trays covered by tulle are mounted on these pendants. Transmission
and discharge system provides the transfer of the doughs coming
to Intermediate Proofer from one tray to other and discharge of
the doughs in the last row of trays. A plexiglass window and lighting
system is provided in order to observe the movement inside of the
machine.
