ROTARY BAKERY OVEN

DESCRIPTION
The MASTER 100 and MASTER 200 Rotary Bakery Ovens are produced in different sizes and capacities. the Ovens are being manufactured with plate systems to produce enough steam for baking and final proofing chambers. all models can be manufactured with the option of using diesel oil, fuel oil, natural gas or electricity heated. The trolley loaded with dough is wheeled on the rotating disc in the baking chamber of the oven. The baking is accomplised by the direct contact of doughs on the trolley with the hot air heated by the mass in the burning chamber.





MASTERC TECHNICAL SPECIFATIONS

  • The Burning Chamber ( Thermo-Block ) is made of a special refractory material.
  • The Burning Chamber is on the back side of the oven and the furnace (thermo-block) produced as a double heat exchangers. The burning edge, two sides ant top of the heat exchangers are being fillled with refractory concrete.
  • The necessary steam for the baking and final proofing chambers provides by special steel plates in the burning chamber.
  • Condensed steam in the vaporizing plates is steaming - out by the special water ponds.
  • The steam chimney fan works automatically when the door is open.
  • Pressure in the baking chamber can be regulate by the discharging clack automatically.
  • The front face and body of the Oven is made of stainless steel.
  • Interior lightting and all baking functions are being controlled by the controll panel states on the front face of the oven.
